Verification of concluded contracts for the provision of educational services at DNU and supplementary agreements with students of full-time, part-time, and evening study programs who pay for their education from personal or legal entity funds.
Systematic monitoring of students' compliance with the terms of educational service contracts at DNU, ensuring timely payment for educational services.
Maintaining records of students with outstanding tuition payments as per their educational service contracts at DNU.
Introducing amendments and additions to educational service contracts at DNU in accordance with current Ukrainian legislation and internal DNU regulations.

Systematization of information regarding students enrolled at DNU based on signed contracts, categorized by educational level, using databases.
Regular monitoring of tuition fee payments.
Keeping registers of contracts, incoming and outgoing documentation, and storing the first copies of concluded contracts and supplementary agreements as per legal requirements.
Providing the second copy of the educational service contract to the contracted parties.
Analyzing the student body paying for education and tracking tuition fee amounts.
Informing relevant structural units about changes related to tuition payments.
Primary approval of clearance certificates.
Notifying the relevant vice-rector about students who have violated contract terms regarding payment obligations.
Participation in the preparation of DNU orders regarding student enrollment based on contracts.
Participation in the preparation of DNU orders for student expulsion due to contract violations or other reasons.
