Director of the CPDO DNU – Prikhodko Olga, Candidate of Science in Public Administration, Associate Professor.
The main tasks of the Center's activity:
- development, organization and implementation of educational programs of postgraduate education, focused on the complex professional development of specialists in various fields of activity, taking into account current trends, industry standards and labor market requirements.
- implementation of the concept of continuous professional development through the integration of the principle of learning throughout life, adapted to dynamic changes in the labor market, technology progress and increasing requirements for the qualification of specialists.
- development and implementation of advanced training programs for specialists of different sectors of the economy, public administration and social sphere, taking into account modern professional standards, technology changes and strategic needs of society.
- development and implementation of personalized educational trajectories, agreed with current trends in the labor market and individual career strategies of students, to maximize their professional competitiveness.
- Organization of preparatory courses for entrants to provide high entrance test results.
- Preparation for taking entrance examinations for the magistracy, postgraduate studies.
- development of individual and corporate curricula that meet the specific requirements of customers.
- participation in international educational projects, academic mobility programs, internships and experience.
Basic functions performed to implement tasks:
- training of students in the specialties of the second (master's) level of higher education D3 Management, educational program of business administration (full-time and correspondence forms of study) and D4 Public administration and administration, educational program of public administration and administration (correspondence form of training);
- advanced training (internships) of scientific-pedagogical and pedagogical staff in various long-term and short-term forms of advanced training and conducting for teachers of DNU training courses in owning modern information technologies, improving professional level and pedagogical skills, implementation improvement of linguistic and legal components of pedagogical activity, development of managerial and leadership competences, work in scientific mitical bases, determination of rating of scientists and more;
- provision of educational services for advanced training, professional business competence, introduction of various short -term courses, trainings, workshops to order individuals or legal entities, heads of enterprises, organizations and private entrepreneurs;
- organization of advanced training of civil servants and officials of local self -government bodies on general short -term programs in accordance with the decisions of the competition commission of the National Agency for Civil Service (NADS);
- thematic improvement of laboratory assistants, junior medical and pharmaceutical specialists, specialization of doctors, conducting pre-certification cycles "Clinical laboratory diagnostics", "Biochemistry";
- training at 3 and 8 monthly preparatory courses of students, graduates of educational institutions of general secondary education and graduates of previous years with preparation for the preparation of NMT for entry into higher education institutions.
