French preferences for Ukrainian students

Attache on university and scientific cooperation of the French Embassy in Ukraine Gilles Mametts presented to the management, researchers and students of DNU new scholarships and grant programs by the Government of France and the EU to support the integration of Ukrainian higher education into the European system.

First Pro-Rector of DNU Alexander Kochubey informed Mr Attache about the University cooperation with scientific and educational institutions in France, developing since 2002. Currently DNU takes 4 agreements with the Institute of latest technologies in mechanics Clermont-Ferrand, University of Maine, Higher Polytechnic School of Paris and the University of Paris - South. The parties agreed to seek other partnerships where one party can be French Embassy in Ukraine. "Now we monitor 56 partnerships, this allows us to develop strategic areas of cooperation between the two countries and see the results of interaction. In addition, the status of "Fellow of the French government" provides students with certain preferences, "- said Gilles Mametts.

The coordinator of Campus France Ukraine Olha Dorosh told DNU students of higher education in France and training opportunities in this country for our students. In particular, the fact that the French government offers scholarship programs of three types: master - in any discipline, training duration 9 months; postgraduate - master thesis under the dual leadership and program COPERNIC - for young economists and engineers. In order to study in France, Ukrainian students must be proficient in French and / or English. Olha Dorosh said that magistracy in France is very highly specialized.
