The educational information resource “Osvita.UA” published the annual Consolidated ranking of higher education institutions of Ukraine. Traditionally, data from well-known university rankings were used to compile it: “Top-200 Ukraine”, “Scopus” and “Mark NMT na kontrakt”, each of which had different important evaluation criteria. In 2025, Oles Honchar Dnipro National University once again confirmed its status as the leader of the Central region of Ukraine, the city of Dnipro and the region.
These are the results of professional evaluation in the sub-ratings “Best higher education institutions of the regions of Ukraine” and “Rating of higher education institutions of Dnipro”. Also, according to the indicators of the year, our university once again entered the TOP-10 of classical universities and the TOP-15 in the final table of Ukrainian HEIs.
In particular, in the sub-rating “Best Classical Universities of Ukraine” DNU took the 9th place in the country.
And in the generalized table of the national consolidated ranking of higher education institutions this year, the university took the 14th place, demonstrating positive dynamics compared to last year's ranking – 15-17th place in Ukraine.
It should be noted that in 2025, Oles Honchar Dnipro National University confidently holds leading positions among local universities in Dnipro and Dnipro region. The university occupies the highest places among Dnipro higher education institutions in several rankings at once:
