DNU is the Leading University in Dnipro and Dnipropetrovsk region

In early July, the information resource „Osvita.ua“ published a rating of universities in Dnipro and Dnipropetrovsk region that took the highest places in the Consolidated Rating of Higher Education Institutions of Ukraine-2026. According to the results of the professional assessment, Oles Honchar Dnipro National University once again confirmed its status as the leading university in Dnipro and Dnipropetrovsk region, taking the first place among 17 higher education institutions in the region.

These are the results of the ranking this year in the sub-rating „Best Higher Education Institutions in the Regions of Ukraine“. The top three regional assessment leaders are:

• Oles Honchar Dnipro National University – 98 final points;

• National Technical University „Dnipro Polytechnic“ – 106 final points;

• Dnipro State Medical University – 123 final points.

In general, for the analysis in the consolidated rating-2026, data from the three most authoritative among experts and mass media national ratings of educational institutions of Ukraine were used: „Top-200 Ukraine“, „Scopus“ and „NMT Score for Contract“, each of which uses different criteria for assessing the activities of higher education institutions.
