Students of the Faculty of Law of DNU are at the Center of International Professional Dialogue
On December 4, students of the Faculty of Law of DNU joined a unique event - an author’s lecture by the world-famous conflictologist, mediator, professor and doctor Steve Alban Tineo, which took place in Dnipro at the initiative of the Dnipropetrovsk District Administrative Court.

The event was held within the framework of the activities of the scientific and practical hub “Rule of Law” in cooperation with the Institute of Forensic Expertise named after Honorary Professor M.S. Bokarius and with the support of American University Kyiv.

Among the participants of the professional meeting - active and motivated law students of Alma mater: Yulia Konopat, Vyacheslav Puchko, Artem Gerasimenko, Ilya Biley, Elizaveta Bardina, Roman Gusev, Mykyta Linnik. Students of DNU not only participated in a professional discussion of modern approaches to conflict management and their peaceful resolution, but also received practical recommendations from one of the world's leading experts - Swiss Professor Steve Alban Tineo, PhD in Global Leadership and Strategy, Doctor of Business Administration in Quality Management.

Dr. Tineo is a prominent international expert in negotiations and conflict resolution with over 20 years of experience in high-stakes negotiations, crisis de-escalation, and management of complex and emotionally charged situations. He is the founder and CEO of Assertive Group SA (Switzerland), a chief negotiator and specialist in crisis management, leadership, and peacemaking, as well as an advisor to governments, international institutions, and family offices. Throughout his professional career, Steve A. Tineo has worked with heads of state, ministers, military structures, international organizations, and financial institutions, helping to effectively resolve complex conflicts in which trust, balance of power, and human dynamics are crucial.

With his colleagues from Dnipro, Professor Tineo shared modern approaches to negotiations, crisis management, and mediation, which are based on international practice in working with governments, military structures, and international institutions.
During his speech, the Swiss specialist presented the activities of the Assertive Group and the initiatives of The Peace Agency, as well as the innovative approaches of W3 and KYF, which are changing the perception of effective negotiations.
